SHIPPING 

We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and orders are dispatched on the next working day after payment is confirmed.

Please double-check that your shipping address and contact number are accurate and reachable.

After your parcel has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing the tracking details will be sent to you through WhatsApp. Please be aware that delivery times are managed by the courier, and we cannot be held responsible for delays during transit.

Orders that are returned because they were not collected by the recipient are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Any costs incurred for sending the parcel again will be borne by the customer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and un-ironed, with tags and original packaging still attached. All returns will be checked upon arrival.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
